Sourcing · Quality control · Fulfillment · Shenzhen

Sourcing, quality control and fulfillment, run as one operation.

Neofulfill connects product sourcing, quality control, warehousing, fulfillment, shipping and after-sales support through one operating team in China and one platform for visibility.

Built for ecommerce businesses that have moved beyond basic supplier fulfillment, from around 10 orders a day.

Why one operation

A factory, an agent, a warehouse, a carrier, a spreadsheet and a WhatsApp group is not an operation.

At low volume, that setup can work. As a business grows, every handoff becomes a place where quality issues, delays or shipping exceptions can disappear between different parties.

Neofulfill connects those steps under one operating relationship.

Who it is for

Three kinds of seller, one operation behind them

  1. Scaling dropshippers

Past product testing and into repeat volume, where a supplier who answers once a day stops being enough.

    Dropshipping Fulfillment
  2. DTC & private-label brands

Building something defensible, which means the product and the packaging both have to be yours.

    Custom Branding & Private Label
  3. International businesses sourcing from China

Needing someone on the ground rather than on email, and shipments that clear without surprises.

Ecommerce fulfillment FAQs

How many orders a day do I need to work with Neofulfill?
Around ten orders a day. Below that the account management we provide costs more than it returns for both sides, and a standard supplier usually serves you better. There is no upper limit, we size the operation to the account.
How much does ecommerce fulfillment cost?
A per-order pick fee covering the first item, a smaller fee per additional item, storage by volume, and the shipping cost itself. Your actual per-order cost is quoted from your SKU list and order profile rather than from a published rate card, because the profile is what drives it.
How long does it take to get set up?
Connecting your store is usually the quick part. Receiving and putting away your inventory is what sets the timeline, so we tell you what to expect for your own stock rather than publishing a figure that would not hold for every account.
Which ecommerce platforms do you integrate with?
Shopify, WooCommerce, TikTok Shop, Etsy, Amazon, eBay, Wix, BigCommerce and Jumia, and anything that can reach our API can connect. Orders import automatically and tracking numbers are written back to the store and emailed to your customer. If your platform is not on that list, tell us which one and we confirm the path before you commit to anything.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Neofulfill operates two warehouses in Shenzhen and works with a network of partner warehouses across Europe and the United States. Delivery time depends on the lane, the parcel profile and the destination, so we quote the relevant routes against your actual order profile rather than publishing a single table.
Do you handle sourcing as well as fulfillment?
Yes, and running them together is the point. Supplier identification, verification, sampling and production follow-up happen on the ground in China through China Sourcing, and the same operation receives the goods and fulfils the orders.
