Who we are

Neofulfill provides ecommerce fulfillment, wholesale fulfillment, branding and sourcing services. For data protection purposes we act as a data controller for information about our own website visitors and clients, and as a data processor for the end-customer data our clients send us in order to fulfil their orders.

What we collect

• Contact details you submit through a form on this site, name, email address, store URL and order volume.
• Any message content you choose to send us.
• Standard technical data your browser sends, including IP address, browser type and pages viewed.
• For clients: billing details, inventory records and account correspondence.
• For end customers of our clients: the name, delivery address and contact details needed to ship an order.

Why we use it

• To answer quote requests and provide the services you ask for.
• To fulfil and ship orders on behalf of our clients.
• To meet legal, customs and tax obligations.
• To maintain and improve this website and our service.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use end-customer data from our clients for any purpose other than fulfilling their orders and meeting the legal obligations that come with shipping goods internationally.

Who we share it with

We share data only where it is necessary to deliver the service: shipping carriers and customs authorities for the delivery of goods, payment processors for billing, and technology providers who host our systems under contract.

Every processor we use is bound by a written agreement restricting their use of the data to our instructions.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for 24 months from your last contact with us unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Client account and transaction records are kept for as long as required by tax and customs law, typically seven years. End-customer shipping data is retained only as long as needed to complete delivery, resolve any dispute, and satisfy carrier and customs record-keeping requirements.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive a copy in a portable format. You can also withdraw consent where we relied on it.

To exercise any of these, email contact@neofulfill.com. We respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK and are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to your national data protection authority.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses only the cookies necessary to make it work, plus privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking on this website.

International transfers

We operate two warehouses in Shenzhen and work with a network of partner warehouses across Europe and the United States, so fulfilling an order usually involves transferring data between those regions. Where data leaves the EU or UK we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent lawful transfer mechanism.

We update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes affecting clients are communicated directly.
